Making a return or exchange is easy. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home, and if you need to send them back:

Contact Us: Make sure you send us an email within 24 hours at [email protected] after receiving your order to ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Conditions: Your item must be shipped in the same packaging, never used, opened, or worn, and include all original tags. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Returns are only accepted within 7 days after purchase. Please note that all sales are final.

Exchanges Only: We are only able to exchange items; we do not refund any orders. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest returning it for store credit and purchasing the new item separately.
For international orders, the recipient will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. We cannot provide an estimate of what the taxes or duties will be.
Once your order is delivered, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss or damage for the merchandise.
